CADMAN PLACE - 30 Units, located at 575 Bridge Street

Cadman Place, was originally built as Cadman Towers consisting of 71 units, and fully occupied by January 1974. Due to some structural problems, selective demolition of the
building commenced and the renovation of the 3 (three) remaining floors began.  The renovated building was reopened as a 3 (three) story low rise elevated building with 30
(thirty) units.  Located on the bus line on Route 3A, close to a shopping mall, churches and local businesses, it is a very convenient location for the elderly and handicapped
residents.  Located inside the building on the 1st floor is a Community Room with a kitchen, restrooms and laundry facilities.

Residents pay 30%  of their gross income for rent, all utilities are included with the exception of cable and telephone.

This building has forced hot air by gas and electric cooking.  Placement of elderly and disabled residents only.
